Over the last six weeks, we’ve looked at System Thinking from different points across the Wheel Rail Interface. Now it’s time to bring it to InnoTrans.

From 22–25 September, the RS Clare team will be in Berlin showcasing the equipment and friction management technologies we’ve covered throughout the series. Rather than looking at each product on its own, our stand will show how they fit into a wider approach to managing the Wheel Rail Interface.

Trackside Systems

Our trackside equipment display will feature ClareShield TrackPro alongside our Gauge Face and Top of Rail application systems.

This is where visitors can get a closer look at the equipment behind our trackside approach, including the technology used to control application and reduce the amount of maintenance required across the network.

Wayside Friction Management

Moving onto the products themselves, we’ll be showcasing our new Top Of Rail ClareShield TOR-WS, alongside our globally proven gauge face  lubricants ClareShield Trackside and ClareShield Rail King.

The display will  give visitors the chance to talk to our team about the different demands placed on each part of the Wheel Rail Interface and the products developed to manage them.

Wheel Flange Lubrication

We’ll also have our onboard wheel flange lubrication solutions on display, including ClareShield Onboard 000 and ClareShield EcoStick WFS.

Whether you’re already using onboard lubrication or considering a different approach for your fleet, our team will be available to talk through spray and solid stick options and where each works best.

Switchplate and Fishplate Lubrication

Not forgetting track applications, we’ll be showing our new Switchplate ClareShield Clearfilm Eco which offers vastly superior characteristics  over conventional products, alongside the tried, tested and trusted product of choice for Fishplates, ClareShield All Seasons P-Way.
