ClareShield TrackPro – reducing maintenance and lifetime costs​

ClareShield TrackPro is a high-performance electrical trackside lubrication system, designed to cater for customer’s unique requirements and location needs. The railway trackside equipment system assists with several common challenges by ensuring low maintenance, longevity of service, and minimising whole life costs, alongside:

  • Grease accurately reaches the gauge face for effective wheel pick up, reducing grease consumption by up to 50%.
  • Reduced chances of blocked ports, due to system design and high-performance pump​
  • Used for both gauge face lubrication and top of rail friction modifier application​
  • Can utilise drilled rail as a replacement for the traditional Grease Distribution Unit's (GDU) improving the effectiveness of the product application​
  • Less to no contamination of the surrounding area and ballast, improving the environmental impact of the system​
  • Easy Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), with various Remote Condition Monitoring (RCM) functions​
  • Wheels sensor fitted to the rail activating the pumping system when train wheels pass over​

  • Precision drilled holes in the railway trackside equipment ensure product always applied in the right place​
  • Programmable control options ensure precise volume application and minimal contamination of surrounding infrastructure​
