As part of our ongoing site development and following the construction of a new finished goods warehouse, a new factory building has also been constructed on our large site. This new building has enabled the construction of a new grease plant which will increase RS Clare’s manufacturing capability and flexibility. A phased programme for new plant and equipment is already underway.
Production facility development
Our production facilities are being expanded to build on our existing capabilities:
- Atmospheric and autoclave style soap manufacturing vessels (kettles)
- High-speed shear facilities (particularly effective for non-soap thickened greases)
- High pressure milling
- Oil blending facilities
- Steam and thermal oil heating facilities
- Soap manufacturing vessels ranging from 2000 to 5000 lts
- Grease finishing vessels ranging from 1000 to 6000 lts
- High pressure milling
- Grease de-aeration
- Grease bulk storage facilities
