We've been part of the Liverpool community since 1748, and creating fair, secure and long-term employment has always sat at the centre of how we do business.
We are an accredited Living Wage employer. Every member of our team is paid a wage that reflects the real cost of living, not just the statutory minimum.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect from every business we work with, extending decent work principles beyond our own site and into our supply chain. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to forced and child labour, underpinned by our Anti-Slavery Policy and an annual Modern Slavery Statement covering both our own operations and our supply chain.
We're committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace, underpinned by our Equal Opportunities Policy and supported by ongoing diversity monitoring. This commitment was recognised externally when we won the Chemicals Northwest (CNW) Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Award.
We provide structured training and development for every employee, building skills and long-term career paths within the business through active succession planning and support for professional qualifications, rather than treating roles as static.
As a manufacturer with over 275 years of history in Liverpool, we see our role as more than a place of work — we’re a source of stable, sustainable employment in the local economy, generation after generation. This has included sponsoring Ukrainian families under the Homes for Ukraine scheme, providing employment and community support.
