ClareShield TrainSys-AL – Airless Spraying System
ClareShield TrainSys-AL is a state-of-the-art system designed to lubricate the wheel flange and control friction between the rail crown and wheel tread—without needing a compressed air supply. This innovative system includes a storage tank, pumps, nozzles, and a control unit. Featuring a modular design, the ClareShield TrainSys-AL can be customised to fit various installation spaces. One of its standout features is its ability to provide precise and consistent product application under all operating conditions, along with a number of features:
- Low maintenance system, no compressed air required
- Temperature-independent, consistent product delivery rate
- Precise product application avoids wastage
- Pumps (left and right) can be controlled individually
- Compatible with highly concentrated friction control material containing solids (eg. HeadLub® 90)
- Laboratory and operationally tested
- Customised system configurations possible
