ClareShield TrainSys-AL – Airless Spraying System
ClareShield TrainSys-AL is a state-of-the-art system designed to lubricate the wheel flange and control friction between the rail crown and wheel tread without needing a compressed air supply as part of the train borne equipment for lubrication. This innovative system includes a storage tank, pumps, nozzles, and a control unit.
Featuring a modular design, the ClareShield TrainSys-AL can be customised to fit various installation spaces. One of its standout features as train borne equipment is its ability to provide precise and consistent product application under all operating conditions, along with a number of features:
- Low maintenance system, no compressed air required
- Temperature-independent, consistent product delivery rate
- Precise product application avoids wastage
- Pumps (left and right) can be controlled individually on train borne equipment
- Compatible with highly concentrated friction control material containing solids (eg. HeadLub® 90)
- Laboratory and operationally tested
- Customised system configurations possible
