ClareTech EcoCurve High Mobility is an innovative curved rail grease designed specifically to provide increased pumpability in trackside applications where there are greater distances between lubricators and grease dispensing units (GDU) than typically encountered, for example narrow tunnels or bridges.

Case Study
New York City Transit (NYCT) operate and maintain around 300 track lubricators, many containing a pumping system that push grease up to 2,000ft through steel tubing to apply grease to numerous tracks at up to 10 different locations.
Pumpability issues and viscosity changes in summer/winter months were causing problems for the track engineers. RS Clare worked closely with NYCT engineers to develop a new grease formulation designed to provide the performance characteristics required for this unique operation, including environmental performance criteria.
