ClareTech 601 Valve Cleaner
Our ClareTech 601 Valve Cleaner is a cleaning fluid especially developed for breaking down and removing hydrocarbon-resistant greases and oils such as synthetic valve lubricants from metal surfaces within gate valve cavities.

- ClareTech 601 Valve Cleaner does not contain any chlorinated solvents or aromatics and has a high flashpoint relative to common solvents.
- This product performs where other products fail without being aggressive to steel and most elastomers (compatibility should be checked prior to use).
- It is considered a non-hazardous substance according to international transport regulations.
Easy application
The cleaner may be applied by brush or cloth and is also used in rinse systems. It can be injected into valves for flushing in-situ grease. It is designed to be used neat, without dilution and can be reused if a catchment and filter system is available.
Valve Cleaner Pump Package
The Valve Cleaner Pump Package heavy-duty manual bucket pump solution has been designed for oils and fluids and is ideal for injecting ClareTech SafeClean Valve Cleaner up to 5K psi. The system’s reservoir capacity can hold approximately 15 litres of valve cleaner, and the pump package comes complete with a range of accessories, including:
- L-swivel
- 3m high pressure delivery hose
- Control ball valve
- 10,000 psi pressure gauge
- 16” whip hose c/w straight end swivels
- Z-swivel
- Safe-vent coupler—attaches directly onto gate valve body injection fitting
