RS Clare is pleased to announce a donation of £3,000 to Merseyside Against Blood Cancers, formerly known as The Bloom Appeal.

The charity is committed to supporting patients with blood cancers in Merseyside and the surrounding areas, funding essential research, and educating healthcare professionals about blood cancers.
Merseyside Against Blood Cancers relies on income from fundraising events, grant applications, and generous donors to continue their vital work. RS Clare’s contribution has already made a meaningful difference, as explained by Abi Pointing, Chair of the charity.
“In May this year, we received a very generous donation of £3,000 from RS Clare, for which we are extremely grateful. It has helped us support six patients with a grant of £500 per person. I am giving this as an average figure because sometimes we have allocated a grant of up to £1,000 to patients based on their needs. We also give out Christmas Food Vouchers from ASDA to patients who meet our eligibility criteria,” she said.
At RS Clare, we are proud to support the inspiring work of Merseyside Against Blood Cancers. Their efforts provide invaluable help to those affected by blood cancers in our community.
