The final day of our Sales Conference was marked by an exciting team event and a delicious BBQ, providing the perfect end to a successful and insightful week.

The event kicked off with some lively team building, packed with engaging activities. Teams from across the business took part in smaller exercises, such as Pictionary, balloon animal-making, and hula hooping, sparking friendly competition.

The small activities built up to the main event of the day – a collaborative art project. We all drew and painted sections of a much larger canvas, representing the “bigger picture” of RS Clare and our collective aims and goals as a business. This activity showcased creativity and reflected the importance of collaboration in everything we do.

Even our Managing Director, David Meadows, got involved in the fun and team-building activities, adding to the spirit of the day.

It was a fantastic time for teamwork, creativity, and collaboration. The event capped off an incredible week of learning, sharing, and strategising. Here’s to celebrating our progress, our people, and an exciting future.
