Continued Investment

As part of our ongoing site development and following the construction of a new finished goods warehouse, a new factory building has also been constructed on our large site. This new building has enabled the construction of a new grease plant which will increase RS Clare’s manufacturing capability and flexibility. A phased programme for new plant and equipment is already underway.

Our production facilities are being expanded to build on our existing capabilities:

Atmospheric and autoclave style soap manufacturing vessels (kettles)
High-speed shear facilities (particularly effective for non-soap thickened greases)
High pressure milling
Oil blending facilities
Steam and thermal oil heating facilities
