Industrial Lubricants The Industrial Lubricants Division of RS Clare was formed over twenty five years ago. Clare had for many years made only lubricating products for the major oil companies, but with the decline in the commercial lubricants market, we decided to specialise using our vast experience built up over many years to develop high performance lubricants. At the same time we formed a partnership with one of Germany's foremost lubricant manufacturers, Carl Bechem G.m.b.H, with a comprehensive range of speciality lubricant products. The partnership continues to this day, with each company having access to the other's portfolio. Our first major industrial sector was Oil & Gas. Special valve greases and compounds were developed to resist the very aggressive fluids and gases encountered in oil & gas production. From here we continued to develop new products and entered the Rail, Steel, Mining, Marine and Automotive industries. We now have a range of lubricants to meet the increasing performance demands of many industries, most supported by specific OEM approvals from companies such as Ford, General Motors, GKN, Network Rail, LUL, Corus, Alcan, Cameron, Vetco Gray and Syncrolift. Our expertise in research and development enables us to partner with customers taking specific performance parameters and turning them into commercial solutions. Such activity includes biodegradable lubricants for Network Rail / London Underground and fuel resistant lock greases for Ford. Accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004,TS16949. R.S.
