Latest News March  2008  INFRARAIL 2008 - BIRMINGHAM NEC This month saw RS Clare exhibit at Infrarail 2008, the event marked its seventh year in the UK bringing together the rail infrastructure industry's finest innovators, opinion formers and solution providers for an integrated and interactive event. We shared our stand with: Portec Rail Group Kelsan Technologies Coronet Rail and Salient Systems Highlights of the exhibition: Introduced a mobile Training Facility to assist with onsite training and demonstration of Portec Rail Lubrication, Top-of-Rail and TGA application systems in addition to Coronet Rail and Portec Rail Track Component products. Revealed the redesigned TGA system with improvements that include: enhanced corrosion resistance, pump placement, refined hooper volume, better access for maintenance purposes and repositioning of the lifting handles. Previewed prototypes of the new hinged mounted rail clamp design for the GDU and wheel detector. Featured Salient Systems Trackside fault Detection Technology including the Rail Stress Monitor for monitoring thermal forces in the rail.
